Course Summary
Our Family First Aid Workshop is specifically designed to address everyday emergencies encountered by Parents, Grandparents and Caregivers.
This course requires no prior online learning and is targeted at providing participants with the skills and confidence to address common medical
and traumatic injuries that occur in the family home.
Gather a group of family members or friends together and hold this workshop in the comfort of your own home, or book into one of our scheduled courses
run from our training facility in Smeaton Grange, NSW.

Learning Objectives

recognise an unconscious casualty

managed the unconscious breathing casualty

perform CPR on both and adult and infant

follow the prompts of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

conduct a visual and verbal assessment of the casualty

demonstrate safe manual handling techniques
