Charlotte Stokes

Charlotte embarked on her professional journey with NSW Ambulance 17 years ago, where she honed her skills and earned specialisations in both intensive care and extended care. Witnessing the transformative impact of effective first aid on numerous occasions, Charlotte has dedicated herself to sharing this life-saving knowledge. Beyond her role in the public sector, she extends her expertise by providing first aid training in private, community, and volunteer emergency service settings. With a passion for empowering individuals with the skills to make a difference, Charlotte is committed to ensuring that more people are equipped to respond effectively in critical situations.

Michelle Healey

With over 12 years of experience as an on-road paramedic under her belt with NSW Ambulance, as well as more than 5 years of clinical education experience in both private and corporate sectors, including NSW Ambulance and Fire Rescue NSW, Michelle is

passionate about sharing her expertise and experience with others, and ensuring that every first responder has the training they need to make a difference.
